All Airquee inflatables and products are backed by our 12 months return to base manufacturer’s warranty. If your inflatable/unit develops a fault within the warranty period, please call us as soon as possible. Warranty problems that are not reported within the warranty period may be charged as repairs.
Please be aware that as it is a back to base warranty, charges will be applied for transport. This is charged at a discounted rate of £45 per pallet. Return transport is free of charge.
Report the problem to the Repair department. They can be contacted on 01179 414 918 Option 3 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us process your warranty as quickly as possible we need the following information:
The repairs team will assess potential time needed for repair and let you know when this can be completed. The faulty inflatable unit should be sent to our warehouse in Cwmbran where a full inspection is carried out by our repairs department.
Once in Cwmbran, you will be advised if the unit needs to be repaired or replaced.
Step 2a - Repair
The inflatable/unit will be inspected and we will confirm if the work comes under warranty or not. In the event that it is not covered by our warranty we will explain why. If it is covered we will immediately proceed with the inflatable/unit and return it to you as soon as possible.
In some cases, we will require replacement parts to be shipped from our factory, which will result in a longer turn around period. Once replacement parts are received, we will proceed with the repair and return your inflatable/unit as soon as possible.
Step 2b – Replacement
Warranty replacements are like-for-like and the unit which was deemed not unable to be repaired will be replaced with a matching product, whether from stock or manufactured in our factory.
If a UK replacement (from stock):
The Repairs Team will advise you of current products we currently have in stock which match your original order and ask if this is a suitable replacement. They will arrange the dispatch of the replacement upon confirmation.
If a factory replacement:
In the event that there is not a suitable replacement in stock, a unit which matches your original order will be manufactured and shipped to you. This will result in a longer turn around period.
